Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a Resourcing Consultant to partner with consultants and support candidate delivery across Financial Crime, Compliance, Customer Operations, Technology, and Business Change.

Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term candidate relationships
- Developing a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and conversations
- Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements
- Building market knowledge and sharing insights/lead generation with the wider team
- Attracting, advising, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates
- Using Davies’ technology, social platforms, and job boards to market opportunities and source candidates
- Conducting pre-screen interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
- Attending client briefings with your manager to understand role needs
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to delivery and aftercare
- Providing guidance and coaching on interview preparation and skills assessments
- Maintaining accurate job specifications and ensuring compliance with processes and legislation
