Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Can be based from Brighton office OR London office.
Division: Consulting & Technology – Specialist Services
On Target Earnings Year 1: £47,000+

Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a Resourcing Consultant to partner with consultants and support candidate delivery across Financial Crime, Compliance, Customer Operations, Technology, and Business Change.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term candidate relationships
  • Developing a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and conversations
  • Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements
  • Building market knowledge and sharing insights/lead generation with the wider team
  • Attracting, advising, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates
  • Using Davies’ technology, social platforms, and job boards to market opportunities and source candidates
  • Conducting pre-screen interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
  • Attending client briefings with your manager to understand role needs
  • Managing the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to delivery and aftercare
  • Providing guidance and coaching on interview preparation and skills assessments
  • Maintaining accurate job specifications and ensuring compliance with processes and legislation
