The Role
As an Implementation Consultant, Consolidation & Planning UK (all genders), you will advise customers as an expert in consolidation, planning, and reporting, delivering Lucanet implementation projects on scope, budget, and quality.
You will work within Lucanet's consulting delivery team across the CFP, xP&A, BCM, and LA solution domains, partnering closely with customers' finance and controlling teams from requirement analysis through go-live. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers as a consolidation, planning, and reporting expert on Lucanet solutions.
- Deliver implementation projects on scope, budget, and quality, from requirements to go-live.
- Own and execute projects with growing independence across the CFP solution domain.
- Apply AI capabilities in daily delivery and guide customers through AI adoption.
- Run several implementations in parallel, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Deliver software trainings for colleagues, customers, and partners to accelerate adoption.
- Support and improve internal processes and delivery methods to raise consulting quality.
- Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders in English.
What You Bring To The Table
- A university degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or economics, or comparable business training, plus early experience in consulting, software implementation, or a finance function.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Experience in project-oriented environments, including discussions with senior finance stakeholders such as CFOs or heads of accounting and controlling.
- A structured, self-organized way of working, with the ability to run several projects in parallel.
- Proven ability to work fluently with software tools, applying AI-supported methods to improve project delivery.
- Very good communication skills in English.

- Hands-on experience with Lucanet solutions or comparable CPM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
