As part of our Professional Services team, you'll take ownership of CRM implementation projects, partner with senior stakeholders and help clients successfully adopt technology that delivers measurable business value.

The Role: What You'll Do
As a Consultant (CRM), you'll play a leading role in delivering CRM and business transformation projects from discovery through to production deployment. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll ensure successful implementations that meet business objectives and deliver lasting value.
You will:
- Lead CRM implementation projects and workstreams from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM platforms such as DealCloud, Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
- Work with senior business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements and translate these into functional solutions.
- Conduct business analysis, identify process improvements and solve complex operational and systems challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, document business and functional requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Configure CRM platforms and support data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and Production releases.
- Build trusted client relationships, managing expectations throughout implementation and change programmes.
- Independently manage projects or workstreams, taking ownership of timelines, risks, deliverables and successful outcomes.
- Support wider operational transformation and technology-enabled change initiatives across Private Markets clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams, data specialists and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value and contribute to future consulting engagements.
- Contribute to internal best practice, knowledge sharing and Consultant-led initiatives across Holland Mountain.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining consulting, business analysis and technology delivery while working directly with clients on high-profile CRM transformation programmes.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has experience delivering CRM and business transformation projects within a consulting or professional services environment.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience supporting or delivering CRM implementations using platforms such as DealCloud, Salesforce or similar.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, particularly within CRM, data or enterprise systems environments.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes and translating business needs into system solutions.
- Experience supporting CRM configuration, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production deployment.
- Experience leading projects or workstreams independently with responsibility for successful delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior business leaders.
- Experience working within consulting, advisory or professional services organisations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
