The Role
Own delivery of defined data workstreams, combining hands-on analysis with stakeholder engagement and structured delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead delivery of data workstreams (planning, coordination, reporting)
- Conduct data quality assessment, cleansing and validation activity
- Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support programme oversight
- Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Maintain governance (RAID, documentation, reporting)
- Support coordination across projects and workstreams
- Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement

This role sits at the Consultant level within PACT's consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), with increasing ownership of delivery, stakeholders and outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, reporting or data quality roles
- Strong SQL and experience working with structured datasets
- Experience using tools such as Power BI (or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organised and able to manage workstreams independently
Desirable
- Higher education or transformation experience
- Data migration, integration or governance exposure
- Consultancy or project-based delivery experience
