We're seeking a Consultant - Data Analyst (Reporting & Visualisation) in the Technology & Data Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
Summary
As a Consultant - Data Analyst, you will have hands-on capability in reporting, data visualisation, and data modelling. You will play a critical role in bridging modern data architectures, including guiding stakeholders across the end-to-end data lifecycle.
You Will
- Have expertise in Power BI given Microsoft stack preference across our client base.
- Data modelling: you should be able to build and maintain semantic models, work upstream (engineering) as well as downstream (dashboard & reports).
- Experienced with Tableau, Looker, and Fabric is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients to translate requirements into clear, action-driven outputs.
- Have the ability to operate independently on reporting workstreams within a larger engagement
- Go beyond report production to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within datasets
- Support executive-level decision-making through clear storytelling and visual communication
- Identify, analyse, and resolve data quality issues affecting reporting outcomes
- Support implementation of data governance standards, metric definitions, and data ownership models
- Contribute to data cataloguing, metadata, and business glossary activities where required

Ideally, We'd Like
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a relevant field.
- 3 years of work experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Have worked closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to support end-to-end data solutions
- Created high-quality client deliverables and recommendations
- Has supported client adoption of reporting solutions through training and enablement
- Working exposure to at least one of AWS, GCP or AWS
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience working with dimensional modelling concepts (e.g. Star Schema, Kimball principles).
- Understanding of Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, and Medallion architectures.
