We're seeking a Senior Consultant - Process & Automation Engineer in London in the Technology & Data Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

As a Process & Automation Engineer, you will have a strong foundation in process improvement and workflow automation, with the aptitude to extend into Agentic AI where it adds value.

You Will

  • Analyse end-to-end business processes, root causes of inefficiency and process variation to prioritise automation opportunities
  • Design future state processes balancing operational efficiency, user experience and risk management
  • Build workflow automation solutions spanning low code, RPA and AI enabled orchestration
  • Support testing, deployment and operational handover of automation capabilities
  • Experienced in automation tooling (UI Path, Celonis)
  • Assess where Agentic AI adds genuine value beyond traditional automation approaches.
  • Design human in the loop workflows with appropriate governance, controls and escalation paths.
  • Evaluate AI use cases for feasibility, value, risk and operational readiness
  • Help clients define controls for model monitoring, auditability, compliance and responsible AI adoption
  • Define success measures and KPIs to track process improvement outcomes.
  • Support benefits realisation and continuous optimisation after deployment
  • Bring a consulting mindset and client facing credibility

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI or equivalent AI-enabled workflow technologies.
  • Familiarity with API based integrations, workflow orchestration and enterprise system connectivity
  • Experience facilitating workshops with operational, technology and business stakeholders
  • Ability to bridge Process, Data and AI disciplines to help clients move from process optimisation to scalable automation and AI-enabled operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years in a client-facing or consulting environment
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership
