About The Role

The Strategic Communications practice of FTI Consulting offers specialist expertise across a variety of disciplines and sectors including financial services, retail and consumer, natural resources, energy, public affairs, real estate, professional services, technology media telecoms (TMT), healthcare and life sciences.

Our Digital & Insights team sits at the centre of FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications offering, helping clients understand, shape and protect their reputation across an increasingly complex digital landscape. We work across social media, executive profiling, corporate campaigns, digital reputation, content strategy, AI-era search, and integrated communications programmes.

We support clients through both long-term reputation building and high-profile corporate moments, including periods of transformation, crisis and issues, leadership change, transactions and capital markets activity. Increasingly, we also help organisations navigate the impact of AI on communications, reputation and stakeholder engagement.

The Digital & Insights team also plays a leading role in exploring and deploying AI-enabled approaches across both client work and FTI Consulting’s broader Strategic Communications business.

We are seeking a Consultant to join our growing London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in digital communications, social media, online reputation, and corporate storytelling, who is looking to build a career advising senior clients across a wide range of sectors and situations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
