What we look for:

You advise management and investors in developing strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

  • You analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across industries and international markets.
  • You contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, shaping compelling equity stories for portfolio companies.
  • You identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions.
  • You assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation.
  • You collaborate closely with our digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
  • You prepare presentations for client projects.
  • You actively participate in core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects.

What we require:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related discipline with excellent grades.
  • You possess a Master's degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
  • You have a strong affinity for technologies, including digital marketing, or AI.
  • You possess strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.
  • You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
  • You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.
