This is an excellent opportunity for an Ecologist to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to a broad range of projects.
The Role Will Involve
- Undertaking protected species and habitat surveys
- Preparing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and ecological reports
- Supporting BNG assessments and ecological impact assessments
- Assisting with mitigation, monitoring, and licensing work
- Contributing to project delivery and client relationships
- Developing technical skills through training and mentoring

To be considered for the Ecologist position, you will need:
- A degree in ecology or a closely related subject
- Relevant ecological consultancy experience
- Good knowledge of UK ecology, legislation, and policy
- Strong report-writing and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- To live in or near Oxford and be able to commute to the office
