Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs)
Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) provide care and treatment for people with serious mental health difficulties, including but not limited to psychotic illnesses, mood and personality disorders, and other disorders.
Southwark has five Community Mental Health Centres
- Borough Community Mental Health Centre – Based at Chaucer Resource Centre, 13 Ann Moss Way, London, SE16 2TH
- Bermondsey and Rotherhithe Community Mental Health Centre – Based at Chaucer Resource Centre, 13 Ann Moss Way, London, SE16 2TH
- Camberwell and Walworth Community Mental Health Centre – Based At Marina House, 63-65 Denmark Hill, London, SE5 8RS
- Peckham and Nunhead Community Mental Health Centre – Based at St Giles House, 1 St Giles Road, London, SE5 7UD
- Dulwich Community Mental Health Centre – Based at Tessa Jowell Health Centre, 72 Dulwich Grove, London, SE22 8EY
Role Description
The post holder would provide clinical leadership and medical input working with the MDT.

The postholder will provide clinical leadership for the multidisciplinary team. They will work with the team manager to ensure responsive, excellent and safe care is provided that supports the whole healthcare system. The postholder will work with senior directorate staff to meet Trust objectives.
