Consultant, Hotel Spend Management (Remote)
Full time, United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom

As part of the Hotel Spend Management team, you will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop and optimize strategic hotel programs through data-driven insights, innovative sourcing approaches, and ongoing performance management. Leveraging Advito’s proven methodologies and analytics, you will help clients enhance program performance, identify new savings opportunities, and maximize the value of their hotel investments.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines simultaneously while balancing quality, timelines, and budget expectations. You should possess strong organization and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive meaningful improvements for clients.

As a Consultant, Hotel Spend Management, you will

  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of project team members and contribute to the successful delivery of consulting engagements through effective communication, documentation, and issue resolution
  • Support project delivery activities, including rate availability management, bid analysis, supplier engagement, project tracking, and client-ready reporting, while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret travel and hotel program data using Advito proprietary and third-party tools to identify trends, savings opportunities, program risks, and operational efficiencies, translating findings into actionable client recommendations
  • Develop reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables that communicate complex data and insights clearly, while maintaining high standards for data accuracy, visual quality, and overall presentation readiness
  • Participate in process improvement and product enhancement initiatives that strengthen internal operations and elevate the client experience

About you

  • You have experience in a client-facing consulting, customer success, on-property hotel operations or sales, hotel program management, travel supplier, or corporate travel role
  • You have experience working with hotel sourcing, hotel procurement, hotel sales, travel program data, travel industry pricing, or supplier discount programs
  • You have experience with visualization tools or presentation software beyond Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously while delivering high-quality
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and challenging messages to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and communicate findings effectively through Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High emotional intelligence, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse, cross-functional, and global teams
  • A proactive, consultative approach with a passion for continuous learning, industry trends, and emerging technologies that enhance client outcomes
  • A background in management consulting, financial analysis, travel supplier, or agency management is helpful but not required

This position is advertised across multiple global locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

  • Netherlands: 56,000 - 62,800 EUR
  • United States: 72,000 - 87,000 USD

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
