Connect to your opportunity

  • As a Consultant you will Deliver end-to-end people change and adoption, shaping practical strategies and plans across change impacts, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, adoption and benefits realisation
  • Turn transformation ambitions into action by analysing organisational and workforce impacts, identifying risks and barriers, and designing human-centred interventions that enable new behaviours, capabilities and ways of working
  • Build trusted client relationships, facilitating workshops and working sessions and communicating clear, evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Measure and improve change outcomes using qualitative and quantitative insight to assess readiness, engagement, adoption and benefits
  • Collaborate across disciplines, connecting people, organisation, process and technology perspectives to solve complex transformation challenges
  • Take ownership and lead at a level appropriate to your grade—from delivering defined activities to leading workstreams and small teams, coaching colleagues and assuring the quality of client deliverables
  • At Manager level, shape and oversee delivery by developing client solutions, managing plans, risks and commercials, and advising senior stakeholders
  • Help grow our practice through proposals, thought leadership, recruitment, capability building and internal communities

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Experience contributing to people change and adoption within complex transformation programmes, using structured change approaches in agile, hybrid or traditional delivery environments

  • Practical experience in several of the following: change strategy and planning, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, organisational readiness, culture and behaviour change, adoption or benefits realisation

  • Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, proportionate and deliverable change interventions

  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to build relationships, facilitate discussions and influence decisions

  • Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

  • Analytical and problem-solving capability, including the use of data and feedback to generate insight and improve change outcomes

  • A collaborative, inclusive and human-centred approach, with sound judgement, curiosity and resilience

  • Consultant: experience supporting defined change activities and producing high-quality deliverables with guidance

  • Senior Consultant: experience independently managing change activities or workstreams, engaging clients and supporting junior colleagues

  • Manager: experience leading change workstreams or programmes, managing teams and delivery, advising senior stakeholders and contributing to proposals or business development

  • Experience in consulting or an equivalent client-facing environment, delivering people change, transformation or related Human Capital work

  • Exposure to complex transformation driven by M&A, regulatory change, operating-model redesign, workforce priorities or technology such as AI, cloud, HR platforms or ERP

  • Experience in one or more sectors, with the ability to apply relevant industry insight to client challenges

  • Knowledge of recognised change-management approaches and tools; a relevant professional qualification or certification would be advantageous

  • Experience in an adjacent Human Capital discipline, such as organisation design, workforce transformation, culture, leadership, learning or employee experience

  • Interest in emerging thinking and tools across the future of work, behavioural science, change analytics and responsible technology

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
