Immigration Consultant Solicitor – 8+ Years PQE
Fard Solicitors is an award-winning law firm, having received a number of awards and professional recognitions over the years, as well as being nominated for Solicitor of the Year. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, practical and client-focused legal services and are looking to expand our team with experienced solicitors who share those standards.
We are looking for an established Immigration Solicitor with substantial experience in UK immigration law who is confident managing matters independently and providing an excellent standard of legal advice and client care.
Responsibilities
- Manage immigration matters independently from initial instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients across a broad range of UK immigration matters.
- Prepare and review applications, representations, legal correspondence and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Take responsibility for the conduct, quality, progression and management of your own matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Ensure all work complies with SRA requirements, professional obligations and the firm's policies and procedures.
- Maintain excellent standards of client care and communication.
- Work collaboratively with the firm's directors, consultants and support team where required.

Opportunity
This is a self-employed consultant solicitor position, offering flexibility while working as part of an established and growing law firm. The consultancy arrangement and fee structure will be discussed with suitable candidates.
