Job Opportunity for Intensive Care Medicine Consultants
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dynamic consultants with a special interest in Intensive Care Medicine and an associated speciality in Anaesthetics, Emergency Medicine or any other compatible Medical base specialty, to join our progressive team of intensivists, and allied professionals.
About the Role
The Trust has close clinical and academic ties with local medical schools, and will be actively involved in the new Kent medical school. Successful applicants will be able to participate in teaching both under and postgraduate students associated with these Universities.
Requirements
- Full GMC registration and License to Practice
- Be on the Specialist Register or within six months of receiving CCT at the time of interview
- Enhanced DBS (Adults and Children) check
Key Responsibilities
- Participation in teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Involvement in portfolio research, education, and teaching
- Contribution to a 24/7 Critical Care outreach service
- Involvement in follow-up clinics for both Intensive and long term vascular access services
