Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an outstanding Consultant Obstetrician to lead and influence the future of maternity care across Exeter and North Devon.
At a time when maternity services are under significant national focus, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide visible, compassionate and forward-looking obstetric leadership. As Obstetric/obs Lead, you will help shape a sustainable, high-quality model of care, support a positive safety culture, and work with multi-professional teams to deliver meaningful improvement for women, birthing people and families across Devon.
You will be supported as part of a senior leadership team committed to responding constructively to national learning, strengthening local services, reducing health inequalities and improving outcomes for the communities we serve.
