Our Legal Team Consulting practice is well established, helping corporate legal functions deliver lasting change and measurable results through Operating Model Design, Technology and Process Optimisation, and Data Analytics.
Consultant – Legal Operating Models & Transformation
Konexo Legal Team Consulting is seeing increased demand for freelance Legal Transformation and Operating Model Consultants to support our in-house clients, including some of the UK's largest FTSE 100 organisations.
We are keen to speak with consultants who have experience designing and implementing operating models across people, process and technology lenses, ideally gained within a Big Four consulting firm or a leading advisory environment. This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals operating at Junior Manager to Senior Manager level who enjoy combining project management, analysis, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving to deliver meaningful change within legal functions; and are able to prepare high quality reports and materials for clients at pace to demonstrate progress and findings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
