Job Title: Consultant
The Role
Consultants operate as an independent contributor, managing their own priorities against delivery risk while building genuine client relationships and a growing awareness of the commercial levers behind engagement and firm performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transformation programs from strategy through execution
- Develop recommendations that address people, process, technology, and operating model considerations
- Support stakeholder alignment and change adoption activities
- Own the analysis, structure and output of an assigned workstream end-to-end
- Manage own time and priorities against delivery risk and client value
- Contribute to problem framing, hypothesis generation and solution design
- Build working-level trust with client stakeholders through consistent, reliable conduct
- Adapt delivery approach when scope or client requirements shift, without losing momentum
What Success Looks Like
- Independently delivers quality workstream outputs on time, with proactive risk identification
- Develops a solid understanding of the client's business, industry and key dynamics
- Builds trust-based relationships with client contacts that extend beyond task completion
- Contributes meaningful hypotheses and structured problem-solving to the wider team

Your Experience
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting firm(s) with demonstrable credentials working on commercial transformation programs for life science companies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
- Excellent business acumen in navigating complex client-side stakeholder communities, change management, and client impact orchestration.
- Knowledge of the life science industry preferred, having worked with stakeholders across different verticals.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work.
You will be based in our UK office (London) and may visit clients around the world. (All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location)
