We're seeking a

Consultant, Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant to provide strategic advice, lead client engagements, and deliver high-quality solutions to complex business challenges. The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, develop practical recommendations, and drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting engagements from initial discovery through delivery and implementation.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a senior point of contact.
  • Analyze business processes, data, market trends, and organizational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop business cases, reports, presentations, process documentation, and other client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to consultants and junior team members.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging practices, and relevant technologies.
