This role is for Consultants who already have hands-on delivery experience and are ready to take greater ownership of client work.
You will play a key role in delivering process-led transformation, working directly with clients to diagnose issues, design improvements, and support implementation. Unlike more junior roles, you'll be expected to run defined pieces of work, engage confidently with stakeholders, and contribute to shaping solutions, not just executing tasks.
If you enjoy improving how organisations work, turning insight into action, and seeing tangible outcomes from your work, this role offers breadth, responsibility, and progression.
About the Role
As a Consultant, you will work across client engagements focused on process improvement, operational change, and digital enablement. You will collaborate closely with Managers and Senior Consultants, while also supporting and guiding Analysts on delivery.
What You will Do
- Own and deliver defined workstreams or components of client engagements
- Lead process analysis and improvement activities, including diagnostics, mapping, and redesign
- Translate client challenges into practical, implementable solutions
- Produce high-quality outputs such as process maps, improvement recommendations, business cases, and delivery plans
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders
- Support implementation and change activities to embed new ways of working
- Coach and support Analysts, providing direction and quality assurance
- Contribute to internal capability development, methods, and IP

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years' experience in management consulting, transformation, or a comparable client-facing role
- Hands-on process improvement experience, such as Lean, process redesign, operating model improvement, or service improvement
- Experience owning defined pieces of work within larger programmes or smaller end-to-end engagements
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Exposure to delivering change, not just producing recommendations
- Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience with process improvement or transformation tools (e.g. SAP Signavio, Celonis, process mapping, value stream mapping, continuous improvement frameworks)
- Exposure to automation, workflow, low-code/no-code, or AI-enabled solutions
- Familiarity with Agile, change management, or delivery frameworks
- Sector experience in transport, retail, public sector, or higher education
