We are now looking for a Consultant Network Manager to strengthen and energise our consultant community, ensuring relationships thrive, collaboration grows, and new opportunities flow into our assessment services.


Make an Impact in This Relationship-Driven Role

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Engage and Nurture Our Consultant Network Build strong, lasting relationships with existing consultants, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and connected to LRQA’s mission and services.

  • Drive Consultant Engagement Activities Plan and deliver regular touchpoints, calls, virtual meetings, updates, and events to keep consultants active, motivated, and aligned with our value proposition.

  • Generate High-Quality Leads Work closely with consultants to identify new assessment opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  • Strengthen Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact for consultant enquiries, helping them navigate LRQA processes, tools, and offerings to maximise joint success.

  • Maintain Network Health Monitor consultant activity, engagement levels, and performance, taking proactive steps to re-energise relationships and address gaps.

  • Champion Accurate Record Keeping Ensure all consultant interactions, opportunities, and updates are captured in our CRM, supporting visibility, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

  • Support Continuous Improvement Share insights from the consultant community to help shape better tools, communications, and engagement strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • A relationship-driven professional with experience managing partners, consultants, or external networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • A proactive mindset—someone who enjoys outreach, engagement, and keeping conversations alive.
  • Experience in lead generation, business development, or account management.
  • An organised, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple relationships and priorities.
  • Familiarity with technical, industrial, or assurance-related sectors is beneficial.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage interactions and track activity.
