Organisation and Workforce Transformation – Training Solutions

Our OWT Solution business sits as part of Organisation and Workforce Transformation within our Human Capital practice – the world’s leading people and HR transformation business. As part of a practice that brings leading-edge tooling, research and analytics expertise together with deep industry knowledge, you’ll help to deliver innovative and complex transformation programmes for our clients.

Training and Learning Centre of Excellence

The continued success of our Training and Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) team means that we are looking to grow further by recruiting specialists with experience in delivering Training and Learning services across all industries with the right skill set and attitude towards performance, growth and development. We partner with clients to deliver critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful business transformations. Our expertise spans the entire transformation lifecycle, from strategic assessment and planning to comprehensive delivery support.

You will have the opportunity to work with one or many elite clients in:

Connect to your opportunity

You will have responsibility for:

  • Help clients to realise the benefits of implementing new technology by enabling a great employee learning experience and allowing people to adopt new ways of working quickly and successfully; this could involve but is not limited to:
    • Training and Learning content design and development
    • Training needs analysis
    • Learning planning and logistics
    • Training delivery
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations, building trusted relationships and contributing to project success;
  • Support practice development by contributing to new initiatives and proposals to build the capability of the team;
  • Supporting the development of our solutions and methods;
  • Mentoring and managing less experienced members of the team.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

To qualify for the role, you must have experience of:

  • Experience of design and development of training content;
  • Previous experience of supporting training delivery on projects or programmes, either within industry or with a consultancy;
  • Development of training plans and managing dependencies;
  • Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe, Vyond, Synthesia);
  • Understanding and experience of project management methodologies (example Prince 2 or Agile);
  • An innovative mindset with a keen interest in new thinking around transformation, change management, and learning technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI, Digital Adoption Platforms)
  • Knowledge of the current market conditions;
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Additional desirable experience includes:

  • Development of appropriate solutions, methods and tools;
  • Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified;
  • SC (Security Check) Clearance

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm. The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process.

Location

You will be based in our Deloitte Belfast office with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. Travel may be required for client-based projects. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients.

Work pattern

This is a permanent role with a degree of flexibility. We do encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients.
