Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist
A leading private healthcare group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to join its specialist pediatric team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and managing respiratory conditions in infants, children, and adolescents and will provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of pediatric respiratory and pulmonary conditions.
- Manage a broad range of pediatric respiratory disorders, including asthma, recurrent respiratory infections, chronic cough, wheezing, and other complex pulmonary conditions.
- Evaluate and manage children with acute and chronic respiratory presentations.
- Perform and interpret relevant pulmonary investigations and diagnostic procedures within the scope of practice.
- Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans for pediatric patients.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medication use, and preventive care.
- Work closely with pediatricians, pediatric intensivists, ENT specialists, allergists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, teaching, and professional development activities.

Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognised institution.
- Recognised postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics and/or Pediatric Pulmonology.
- Western qualification/board certification preferred.
- Consultant-level experience in Pediatric Pulmonology.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
