Highly discreet Private Medical Attendant needed for maritime operations. £240k GBP tax-free, autonomous permanent role in the Mediterranean.

We have been exclusively retained by a highly distinguished ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) principal to source a discreet and independent private doctor for a permanent, full-time appointment. This sensitive role focuses on delivering preventative and acute healthcare within a strictly secure, floating private estate. Functioning with total clinical autonomy, you will be expected to maintain hospital-grade medical standards in a deeply confidential environment.

The principal’s travel itinerary spans the Mediterranean's most exclusive jurisdictions. You will be entirely accountable for the client's medical readiness as they move seamlessly between private anchorages in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and Ibiza. This position is meticulously designed for a confident clinical leader who prioritizes independent decision-making, flawless discretion, and bespoke patient management over heavily bureaucratic hospital systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
