About Well Life Clinic
Well Life Clinic is a CQC-registered private GP practice with clinics in Oxted and Cobham, Surrey, as well as St Albans, Hertfordshire. Our ADHD service is one of the most responsive in the UK – we offer both a private pathway and an NHS Right to Choose (RTC) service, providing end-to-end care from initial assessment through to ongoing medication management.
Our clinical model is built around GP-led assessment with Consultant Psychiatrist oversight. Our GPs conduct structured ADHD evaluations; all diagnoses are reviewed and ratified by a Consultant Psychiatrist before being communicated to patients. We are now looking to expand our consultant base to meet growing demand and strengthen our MDT capability.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with a special interest in adult ADHD to join our growing consultant panel. This is not a direct patient-facing assessment role – rather, you will work as a senior clinical pillar of our service: ratifying diagnoses, leading MDT discussions, providing clinical support to our GP team, and ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic rigour and patient safety.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
