Salary: £109,725 - £150,569 DOE

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Consultant Psychiatrists to join healthcare organisations across the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for psychiatrists at various stages of their careers to work within supportive multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality mental health services.
We welcome applications from established consultants, doctors nearing completion of specialist training, and experienced specialty doctors who are looking to progress their careers within the UK healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with a range of mental health conditions.
- Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical decision-making.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment and care plans.
- Offer clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Participate in service development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Support patient-centred care while promoting recovery and positive clinical outcomes.
- Participate in on-call and rota commitments where applicable.

Requirements
We are interested in hearing from candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Essential / Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- GMC Specialist Registration.
- CCT/CCST in Psychiatry.
- MRCPsych qualification.
- Existing UK Consultant Psychiatry experience.
- Doctors who are close to completing specialist training and obtaining CCT.
- Specialty Doctors or SAS Doctors with substantial psychiatry experience who may be suitable for specialist or non-consultant specialist roles.
- Overseas Consultant Psychiatrists who already hold GMC registration or whose training and experience make UK registration a realistic pathway.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
