Consultant Psychiatrist – Private ADHD assessments (Adults and/or CYP)
Location: Surrey / Hybrid
Working Pattern: Flexible / Part-Time / Consultancy
Start: October 2026 onwards
Are you a Consultant Psychiatrist with experience in ADHD looking for an opportunity to help shape and deliver a developing service?
Compass Associates are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation that is developing its ADHD pathway across both Adult and Children & Young People (CYP) services. We are looking to speak with experienced ADHD Consultants interested in joining the organisation during an exciting period of growth.
For Adult ADHD, we are also keen to speak with Consultants interested in ongoing clinical delivery as the service develops.

We Would Like to Speak With Consultants Who:
- Are GMC registered and on the Specialist Register
- Have experience assessing and managing ADHD
- Have experience working within Adult ADHD and/or CYP ADHD services
- Are confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Have a strong understanding of ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment pathways
- Are comfortable working within a developing and evolving clinical service
- Have an interest in service development, innovation and improving patient pathways
- Can work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues
