Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, highly skilled strategic communications professional to join our London hub. As a core engine of our London team and an active contributor to our global matrix, you will act as a key account anchor, leading campaign execution, delivering flawless client work, and working seamlessly alongside our global team.
What the Role Involves
- Drafting, editing, and quality-controlling client-ready strategy materials, press releases, messaging blueprints, and thought leadership that replicate the distinct narrative voice of multiple clients.
- Planning and executing multi-channel PR campaigns in close coordination with international account pods across EMEA and the US.
- Researching, developing, and pitching compelling angles to global tier-1, financial, and trade media to secure high-impact, consistent coverage.
- Serving as a responsive, solutions-oriented account anchor; leading status meetings, client engagement, and assisting in senior media training sessions.
- Continuously monitoring sector developments, competitor dynamics, and market trends to deliver actionable insights, narrative opportunities, and risk flags to clients.
- Setting a positive tone for internal meetings, assisting Senior Consultants with workload allocation, facilitating creative team brainstorms, and mentoring junior team members.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ PR agency or in-house communications experience, with a proven track record of securing high-tier media coverage.
- Flawless written accuracy with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong interest or experience in fintech, financial markets, crypto, Web3, or frontier technology (prior sector experience is a plus, but a hunger to master complex ecosystems is essential).
- Demonstrated experience working as a reliable account anchor within a fast-paced environment (agency matrix experience is a distinct advantage).
- Sharp attention to detail with high standards for consistency, process, and client-ready work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset and a passion for mentoring junior colleagues.
