Examples of our work include:

  • Working with organisations to create business strategies aligned with inclusion, using our Insight Out Relevance model
  • Running organisational ‘diagnostics’, using interviews, data analysis and facilitation to understand organisations’ strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations

  • Insights (such as landscape analysis and expert panels) that inform business strategies
  • Designing and delivering learning programmes
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on inclusion and relevance for campaigns, products and marketing

  • Creating models to help organisations ensure governance, consistency and impact, such as inclusive rewards processes and impact measurement frameworks

As a Consultant, you will play an important role in both delivering client work and supporting the growth of the business. You will lead the design and delivery of client programmes, apply our tools and frameworks, and build strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to contribute across different areas of the business. We value adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to work together to find the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value of our work through impact measurement, such as case studies
  • Manage projects, working with the client and other colleagues to ensure deadlines are in place and met

Client Relationships & Account Growth

  • Build and maintain positive, trusted relationships with clients (a critical friend mindset) that translate into organic commercial growth on accounts
  • Develop a strong understanding of client priorities and identify opportunities to extend our support, including cross-sell and up-sell, always taking a client-first approach
  • Find innovative ways to collaborate with clients, such as webinars and events
  • Contribute to net new business activity where capacity allows, including proposal development and pitch support

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
