About us
We're Transform.
Transform is a fresh alternative to Big Consulting. As an end-to-end transformation partner, we define, design, build and operate systems that solve our clients’ toughest challenges and seize their biggest opportunities. That often means combining strategy, data, AI, technology, and change management. Sometimes we manage and operate the systems we create; other times, we hand it over for the client to run – standing by to make improvements when things change. It all comes down to making an impact: improving lives, supporting citizens, streamlining workflows, and making the world a better place. We specialise in public sector and public-facing organisations—from government agencies and local authorities to energy, utilities, transportation and healthcare. We also work for some of the world’s most dynamic brands across automotive, retail, financial services, and consumer goods. We work closely (often on site) with our clients; to deliver impact you are keen to help us build the workforce of the future, we should talk.
We’re all in! That's what gets us out of bed every day. We hope you feel the same.
The Role
Acting as a Consultant at Transform, you will be working on a variety of consulting projects to help our clients solve their knotty challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Playing an active role in fee-earning client engagements and, when free, on internal projects that help to develop Transform’s consulting practice. Building core consultancy skills
- Subject Leadership: Working on client projects as a means to gaining experience and broadening horizons. Subject Leadership is a responsibility that helps Transform broaden its own horizons. All consultants should be looking for opportunities to bring new knowledge into the business and help develop our awareness of what’s happening in the wider world
- Personal development and helping others: Demonstrating the understanding of both the breadth and depth required for consultancy. Building preferences own preferences and strengths. Taking every available opportunity to learn through the work you do. Planning and executing development objectives. Proactively seeking opportunities to support others and work collaboratively
- Supporting Transform’s growth and culture: Learning and understanding how our business grows. Identifying potential opportunities with current clients or networks and leveraging other members of Transform to help develop those opportunities. Writing key materials such as case studies. Communicating the Transform brand, values and experience. Identifying potential new colleagues. Acting in recognition of our combined strength and being greater than the sum of our parts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
