Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tagetik Consultant with 5-7 years of EPM experience including strong Hyperion functional expertise to support design, implementation, and optimization of Corporate Performance Management (CPM)/EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Tagetik solutions and support Hyperion-to-Tagetik transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Tagetik EPM implementations including:
- Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting (BPF)
- Financial Close, Consolidation
- Management Reporting and Disclosure Management
- Gather and analyze business and finance requirements and convert them into functional and technical designs
- Perform Hyperion functional analysis (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS) and support:
- Migration or coexistence strategies between Hyperion and Tagetik
- Gap analysis and solution mapping
- Configure Tagetik modules including:
- Data models, workflows, hierarchies, business rules, and validations
- Design and support integrations from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, others) and data warehouses
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart Insight analytics
- Support UAT, go-live, post-production support, and end-user training
- Prepare functional documentation, solution design documents, and test scripts
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in EPM/CPM implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Tagetik (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
- Solid Hyperion functional experience including:
- Hyperion Planning
- HFM and/or FCCS
- Essbase functional understanding
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial consolidation
- Budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Management and statutory reporting
- Experience with financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Knowledge of ETL/integration concepts and data reconciliation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Hyperion to Tagetik migration projects
- Exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, Local GAAP
- Knowledge of SQL, MDX, or scripting (functional level)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP integrations
- Tagetik certifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- MBA, CA, CMA is an added advantage
