Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Business Consultant to lead business expansion, manage client projects, and oversee day-to-day operations. This fully remote role combines client acquisition, strategic consulting, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, conduct exploratory meetings, and deliver tailored consulting proposals to secure contracts.
- Project Execution and Management: Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients and achieving outstanding consulting results.
- Operations and Team Leadership: Manage daily workflows and supervise a small team (2-3 members) using the Asana project tracking platform and the Notion platform for internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Client Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their continued satisfaction, and providing growth opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Proven track record in business development, consulting, or strategy implementation.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools, particularly Asana and Notion.
- Excellent leadership and management skills in a fully remote environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and client management skills.
- Fluency in English (Proficiency)
- French Language (Asset)
- Arabic Language (Asset)
