Role: Consultant, Solutions Design for Advertising Agency

Term: 2 months
Type: Full Time
Location: London - 5 days in the office

About the Role

This role plays a central part in identifying production problems and shaping practical, innovative solutions that improve how work is delivered. The position focuses on transforming new ideas, tools, and ways of working into implementable solutions that solve specific challenges across production, operations, and content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design pragmatic solutions for real production challenges, focusing on speed, scale, cost efficiency, quality control, and workflow friction.
  • Take emerging tools and better ways of working and turn them into usable approaches, playbooks, and implementation guidance for delivery teams.
  • Lead discovery to identify the root causes of production issues, translating findings into actionable implementation plans and decision-ready materials.
  • Build commercially viable solutions and business cases that demonstrate how new approaches will improve production outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and governance to ensure solutions land successfully in live settings.

  • Strong background in agency or production environments, with a deep understanding of operational constraints across content creation, adaptation, and delivery.
  • Proven experience introducing and embedding new workflows, tools, or operating models into live environments.
  • Practical commercial judgment to ensure innovative solutions are realistic to deliver, appropriately resourced, and commercially sound.
  • Strong understanding of modern tools, platforms, and AI capabilities, applying them practically to improve speed, quality, and scale.
  • Credible change leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset with a strong bias for action.
