About The Role
The CBRE Strategic Programme Management team brings market-leading expertise to help clients navigate complexities to develop successful business strategies, make informed decisions, implement robust programmes and utilise the best technologies to unlock value and achieve sustainability from their real assets across real estate and infrastructure. Our clients are Investors, Developers, Occupiers, Operators and Public Bodies across all sectors. We work across the full lifecycle, from strategic inception to implementation, operation and exit.
With strong growth in demand for our SPM services, we are looking to expand our SPM team at Consultant level. Real estate sector experience is welcome but not vital, and enquiries from candidates with relevant experience in other sectors and contexts is of interest.
What You’ll Do
- Support with client engagements and prepare deliverables on time and to a high quality, as well as support on discrete pieces of work within projects/workstreams
- Support engaging with clients to understand their strategic objectives, priorities, opportunities and constraints
- Support the development of Programme Strategy & Planning on engagements, designing the outcomes and planning progressive delivery:
- Help to develop clear, robust, integrated programme plans including interdependencies and milestones tracking
- Support the development of bespoke Governance & Controls solutions for clients driving process optimization
- Deliver PMO Functions Including
- Development of programme dashboards & progress reports
- Cross-workstream stakeholder engagement & management
- Development of programme wide communications plans
- Produce risk/issue management strategies
- Support The Programme Delivery
- Support successful delivery of programmes to achieve key milestones and desired outcomes through effective engagement and coordination of multi-disciplinary workstreams
- Track and manage risks, actions, issues & decisions, devising mitigation plans and raising escalations as appropriate
- Provide regular, consistent and accurate progress reporting to key stakeholders
- Map and track programme benefits
- Work with specialists across CBRE to help achieve best in class solutions
- Help to build relationships of trust with clients, and identify business development opportunities
- Support internal CBRE reporting and operational processes

What You’ll Need
- 2-3 years consulting and programme management experience working within a major management consultancy or other relevant business environment, focused on programme management planning and delivering transformational change across various industries
- Experience in managing and engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
- Recognised qualifications/accreditations in programme/project management preferred (MSP, APM, P3O)
- Articulate with good written and oral communication skills, including experience of preparing client reports and presentations
- Structured approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high quality client deliverables
- Good interpersonal skills and a genuine belief in collaboration
