Join One Health's New Elective Surgery Hub
One Health is seeking experienced Consultant Spinal Surgeons, Consultant Hip & Knee Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Consultant Anaesthetists to join our growing team at the One Health Elective Surgery Hub, North Lincolnshire. Based at our purpose-built facility in Scunthorpe, these are exciting opportunities to play a key role in delivering high-quality elective care for NHS patients within a dedicated surgical environment.
As an established independent healthcare provider, One Health has been delivering outstanding patient care since 2004, supporting NHS and private patients across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Our new Elective Surgery Hub has been developed to help increase capacity, reduce waiting times and provide an excellent patient experience through efficient, high-quality surgical pathways.

About the Roles
We are recruiting substantive NHS Consultants with expertise in:
- Spinal Surgery
- Hip & Knee Orthopaedic Surgery
- Anaesthetics
Successful candidates will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care. Alongside clinical responsibilities, consultants will have opportunities to contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical governance and innovation within an expanding elective surgery service.
What We're Looking For
- Full GMC registration and Licence to Practise
- Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register in the relevant specialty
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a substantive or locum NHS Consultant
- Excellent communication, clinical and team-working skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care, clinical excellence and service improvement

Salary & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent positions
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Salary aligned to the NHS Consultant Pay Scale, dependent on experience
