About Us
At Orbis Advisory, we drive sustainable business transformation through strategic consulting and technology-enabled solutions. With commercial experience, technical depth, and sharp execution, we turn sustainability ambition into measurable impact. We are a small, driven, and friendly team of consultants, working with clients across sectors on various sustainability strategies, from carbon accounting to climate risk to transition planning.
Role Overview
The Consultant (C) or Senior Consultant (SC) will have line managerial reporting to a senior member of the Advisory team and will work with a team of Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts on various client projects. They will often have their own dedicated areas of work, with opportunities to widen their skillsets across various aspects of sustainability, while developing their expertise as a Subject Matter Expert within their preferred areas. They may provide line management to one or more team members.
Based on candidate seniority, the C/SC will provide leadership on several active projects and will eventually manage key client accounts. Business development with existing and new prospects will form a key part of the role, increasing in scope from C to SC. Considering our small size and growth ambitions, they may also have the opportunity to lead company-wide projects that provide exposure to strategy and operational work beyond sustainability.
Location: London. Right to work in the UK is required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
