The European practice for Hackett is well established across Transformation, Benchmarking, and Advisory. (Advisory is a multi-year programme-based model providing intellectual property and coaching to a wide client base).

We are now strengthening and building our Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / retained Finance leadership teams, we design and implement EPM process transformation / system implementations to deliver World-Class performance.

The Hackett Group’s EPM professionals help leaders rapidly identify and implement proven best practices that result in dramatic improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. We use our extensive understanding of EPM strategies, transformation of planning and record to report (including close & consolidation sub processes), re-alignment of organization structures & skills to drive improvements in the Finance Operating model, cost structure, and the value provided to the overall enterprise.

Consulting Experience

  • Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
  • EPM vendor networked (Board)
  • Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
  • Directing and Leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
  • Good written proposal development support skills
  • Change management experience
  • Possesses strong management and leadership skills
  • Cross-sector / capability awareness
  • Referenceable UK, International and Global clients

Technical Experience

  • Recognised deep expert in Planning process
  • Multiple referenceable Board solution implementations performed
  • Viewed as an expert in retained Finance processes i.e. RTR and FP&A
  • Viewed as an expert in EPM operating model design and implementation
  • Good knowledge of EPM strategy/ blueprinting and capability maturity assessments
  • Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
  • Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle

Technology Experience

Board design and implementation experience essential

Language Requirements

Fluency in English
