Job Opportunity: Consultant in Data Management and Sustainability

ERM is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Consultant with experience in data management and a background in sustainability to join us.

ERM works with a variety of stakeholders at our clients’ organizations, ranging from Board members and senior management through to sustainability, marketing, and innovation teams to help our clients assess and implement sustainability initiatives. We work with clients across industry sectors on some of the most exciting and strategic initiatives such as:

  • Circular economy
  • Sustainability development goals (SDG) implementation
  • Socio-economic assessment
  • Social impact assessment
  • Sourcing/supply chain assessment
  • Carbon strategy

Additionally, we will also support our clients with assessing the environmental and social impacts of their products, services, and supply chains through the use of LCA and product footprinting techniques.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with clients discussing the broad sustainability management agenda and is able to translate these discussions into workable projects. You will have knowledge in both the strategic advisory and LCA areas. A key focus of the Consultant role will be working with and advising clients. You will also carry out project work such as report writing, research, analysis, and modeling activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
