About Us
We work at the intersection of safety, wellbeing, culture, and performance, helping organisations redesign work so people thrive and businesses perform. Our work spans board-level advisory, large-scale transformation, and measurable outcomes. We have over 25 years of experience and have worked with more than 500 organisations across energy, utilities, maritime, rail, defence, construction, engineering, manufacturing, and food and beverage sectors, running programs in 44 countries.
We combine diagnostics grounded in validated research with creative engagement designed to make change stick. We are practitioners, not academics. We build alongside leaders, not on their behalf. On average, our clients see 30% fewer accidents after year one and 85% fewer within three to five years. Our mission is to positively impact 100 million lives.
The Role
The Consulting Director is a strategic leader, accountable for a client portfolio worth around £2 million a year. They own senior client relationships, grow secured revenue, and develop their team. They represent us at the highest level with clients, balancing delivery oversight, growth, and leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
