We have partnered with a leader in AI consulting, who are looking for an impressive Director as they build and grow a Professional & Financial Services practice focused on enterprise AI transformation.
The role will be heavily focused on shaping the proposition, winning work and delivering complex AI programmes into leading B2B services firms (accounting, HR, legal, broader professional services).
You will be responsible for:
- Drive new client wins and grow accounts within professional services
- Sell and lead AI transformation programmes
- Partner C-suite stakeholders across professional services firms
- Build out the practice - including hiring delivery capability
- Own deals and take them through to delivery

You will have:
- Strong consulting background (MBB / top-tier strategy boutique)
- Experience selling and delivering technology / AI-enabled transformation
- Solid exposure to B2B / professional services environments
- Credible, charismatic operator - someone who can lead from the front in client conversations
