Consulting Director (Senior Vice President) – Logistics & Transportation (Performance Strategy & Transformation)

Location: UK (Hybrid)
Travel: Required (UK & International)

We’re proud to be partnering on an exclusive basis with our client, a high-growth, global advisory firm supporting organisations across the logistics, transport, and infrastructure sectors during periods of complex change, performance pressure, and transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist team operating at the sharp end of industry—delivering hands-on solutions that drive measurable operational and financial impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with senior executives, PE-backed businesses, and leadership teams to:

  • Diagnose operational and financial performance challenges
  • Design and implement end-to-end transformation programmes
  • Improve supply chain, transport, and infrastructure performance
  • Support businesses through growth, restructuring, and turnaround scenarios

This is not purely advisory — delivery and execution are critical. You’ll be embedded in client environments where outcomes and tangible delivery really matter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
