Consulting Partner – Workforce Transformation
Salary: £140,000 – £185,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits
Location: UK – Hybrid
We are supporting a global transformation consulting firm with the continued expansion of its People & Change and Workforce Transformation practice. This is a senior consulting opportunity for an experienced Workforce Transformation leader looking to take the next step in their career – whether you are a Senior Manager ready to move into Director level, or an established Director looking for a high-growth environment.
The practice works with major organisations to address the changing CHRO and workforce agenda, particularly around AI-powered Workforce Transformation, Digital Change Adoption, Organisation Design and Target Operating Models.
The Role
You will combine client delivery, consulting leadership and business development, helping clients shape and execute major workforce and people transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex Workforce Transformation and People & Change engagements
- Shape and deliver AI-enabled workforce transformation programmes
- Lead Digital Change Adoption, Organisation Design and Target Operating Model initiatives
- Advise CHROs and senior business leaders on workforce and transformation strategy
- Identify, shape and develop new consulting opportunities
- Support and lead proposals, pitches and major bids
- Build trusted senior client relationships and expand existing accounts
- Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams through complex transformation programmes
- Develop new propositions and contribute to the continued growth of the practice

The firm's model places particular emphasis on senior consultants being able to develop business, sell and deliver, including shaping opportunities and leading significant client engagements.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Current experience within a Big 4 or leading transformation consulting firm
- Senior Manager-level experience with the ambition and capability to progress to Director, or existing Director-level experience
- Strong Workforce Transformation / People & Change consulting expertise
- A genuine combination of sales and delivery experience
- Experience working with CHRO and C-suite stakeholders
- Strong commercial skills across opportunity identification, proposition development and client growth
- Experience delivering large-scale AI, digital, HR or workforce transformation
- Knowledge of HR technology ecosystems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Eightfold would be advantageous.
