Position: Consulting Engineer
Locations: Birmingham

Weekly Structure
- 2 Office Days based out of our Birmingham office
- 3 Field Days, with travel expected throughout UK and Ireland depending on business needs
Job Specification:
- Collaborate with Sales Team to qualify customer requirements and create technical proposals.
- Provide technical consultancy to customers pre and post sales including demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilot projects.
- Troubleshoot technical enquiries and, where necessary, lead onsite support and handover to internal teams.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships by technical approach.
- Support new business activities including customer research, outreach and qualifying leads in collaboration with sales colleagues.
- Testing difficult application with Sales Engineer and prepare client proposals, presentations and training tailored to customer needs.

What We Offer
- Starting Salary: £33,000 + location allowance
- Quarterly Bonus: Minimum £5,000 in Year 1 (guaranteed)

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in any discipline (preferably STEM based)
- A problem solver with technical know how
- Programming/Automation (Vision Experience) preferable but not essential
- Some experience in teaching/training/ public speaking
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
