About The Role

As a Consulting Manager - Business Change Management, you will make an impact by leading and delivering change management strategies and initiatives for our clients. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, and other stakeholders and clients.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and maintain the client Change Management Strategy and integrated change roadmap aligned to programme milestones.
  • Establish change governance, reporting, and assurance mechanisms.
  • Identify change impacts across all regions, functions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Define and implement change success measures and adoption metrics.
  • Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and mapping; develop engagement plans for executive, leadership, and operational audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with Regional IT Directors, Functional Leaders, and Programme Workstream Leads.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand business impacts and readiness requirements.
  • Lead organisational impact assessments across all separation activities, documenting and quantifying impacts on people, processes, technology, data, governance, and ways of working.
  • Develop regional and functional impact heatmaps and ensure impacts are understood, mitigated, and communicated effectively.
  • Develop and manage the client Communications Strategy, produce clear and consistent messaging, and coordinate programme communications across all stakeholder groups.
  • Establish and manage a Business Readiness Framework, define readiness criteria, track progress, and coordinate readiness assessments and sign-off processes.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, develop training strategies and plans, coordinate development and delivery of training materials, and support super-user and champion networks.
  • Support senior leaders in managing organisational change, coach workstream leads and business leaders on change management practices, and develop change leadership capability.
  • Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, maintain the programme change risk register, escalate significant risks, and develop mitigation and contingency plans for business disruption risks.

What You Must Have To Be Considered

  • Proven experience in business change management, including strategy development, stakeholder management, and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organisational impact assessments and business readiness activities.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

These will help you succeed

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in change management or related fields.
