🚀 Healthcare Consulting Manager | Sales | Healthcare/ NHS | Consulting | Cyber Strategy | £85,000 + 15% bonus | 2 days a week Central London
We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Consulting Manager to join a rapidly growing, values-driven consultancy supporting NHS, Health & Care and UK Government clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines healthcare sector expertise with strong cyber security consulting and commercial experience, and who wants to play a key role in growing client relationships, winning new work and shaping our Health & Care account.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop strategic relationships with Health & Care clients
- Oversee delivery across a portfolio of healthcare engagements
- Support account growth, business development and winning new opportunities
- Develop cyber security strategies, capabilities and operating models
- Lead risk and cyber maturity assessments and provide practical, risk-based recommendations
- Advise senior and C-suite stakeholders on complex cyber security challenges
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the wider growth strategy

Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven consulting experience, ideally within a professional services, technology or cyber security consultancy
- Strong Health & Care/NHS sector experience, with a track record of delivering strategic projects
- Demonstrable experience in business development, sales and account growth, including identifying opportunities and converting them into client engagements
- Proven ability to contribute to bid development, proposals, pitches and statements of work
- Experience managing consulting engagements, including scope, delivery, stakeholders and commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of cyber security strategy, risk management and operating models
- Knowledge of frameworks including NIST, CAF and ISO 27001
