The Role
Atos Amplify is our new brand within the marketplace and we are looking for experienced consultants to join our growing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading medium-sized client engagements/ workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery
- Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change
- Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations
- Design and implementation of a target operating model
- Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing go-to-market/ proposition development and business development
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms)
- Value proposition/ strategic driver analysis
- Operating Model Design
- Organisational Design
- Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign
- Roadmap and business case development
- Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating models

Additional Requirements
- UK mobility with regular client-site engagement
- Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
