Consulting Manager | Bristol (Hybrid) | £50,000 - £60,000
I’m currently working with a growing specialist consultancy looking to appoint a Consulting Manager to lead and develop their Consultancy and Project Management teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manager from a consultancy or professional services background to have a real impact on team performance, development, and future growth.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the performance, development, wellbeing, and capacity of a team of 7+ professionals, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team
- Managing performance, wellbeing, and career development
- Developing recruitment and workforce plans
- Managing capacity, resourcing, and succession planning
- Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders
- Driving improvements across team performance and culture
This is primarily a people leadership role, rather than a traditional client-utilisation position.
What We're Looking For

- A number years' experience, including management of teams of 7+
- Consultancy, professional services, or similar background
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Experience with recruitment, workforce planning, and resourcing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- BSc in a relevant discipline desirable/essential
