Role Description

The Consulting Practice Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the consulting and professional services practice at Phenom Cloud. This role oversees engagement delivery, ensuring best-in-class consulting services across cloud, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program portfolios, guiding project teams, and establishing methodologies and standards that support consistent, high-quality outcomes. The Consulting Practice Director collaborates with sales and business development teams to shape service offerings, support strategic pursuits, and build long-term client relationships. This role also drives practice growth through strategic planning, resource management, mentoring team members, and identifying new market opportunities that align with Phenom Cloud’s vision.

  • Strong background in Consulting and Professional Services, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Demonstrated Program Management skills, including portfolio oversight, resource planning, and delivery governance.
  • Experience in Business Development, with the ability to support sales cycles, shape service propositions, and grow client accounts.
  • Proven Strategic Planning capabilities to define practice vision, build roadmaps, and align services with organizational goals.
  • Deep understanding of cloud, ERP, and digital transformation solutions; prior work with AI, analytics, or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Track record of leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, cloud/ERP certifications) are preferred.
