Where Purpose Meets Career
The Architecture team within Amplify are a rapidly expanding and strategically important capability within Atos UK Consulting. The Architecture team provide key services including technology strategy & roadmaps, enterprise architecture including domain or opportunity specific target architectures, solution design and typically own and drive the technical solution through delivery. You will join a dynamic, multi-functional team that solves complex client issues across both the private and public sectors, with extensive training and support available.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to join the Architecture practice. The role combines client architecture advisory, solution design, and technical delivery accountability across complex digital transformation programmes.
You will bring a strong passion for delivering digital transformation through architecture, designing solutions that can be successfully implemented within client contexts. You are an experienced problem‑solver who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments, works confidently in regulated industries, and engages senior stakeholders with clarity, credibility, and authority, supported by a strong interest in architecture development and emerging digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong Leadership: Lead technical workstreams, shape solution architectures, manage senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Platforms: Experience designing and delivering solutions on hyperscaler platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- End-to-end Solution Design: Ability to design solutions encompassing applications, cloud, and integration architectures, including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- AI Fluency: Good understanding of AI concepts, architectures and integration patterns, including Agentic, MLOps and data pipelines.
- Security & Compliance: Experience: Good understanding of security & compliance requirements including how they are applied to solution design and delivery.
- Client-facing Consulting Skills: Including workshop facilitation and hypothesis-led analysis.
- Digital Transformation: Delivery Programmes across waterfall and agile methods
- Complex Environments: Experience with resolving complex technical challenges balancing architectural purity with delivery constraints

Additional Requirements
- UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement
- Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
- Experience with TOGAF (or equivalent) and ArchiMate modelling
- Public sector delivery experience or experience within a regulated industry.
