As a Consulting Solution Architect for the Data Management domain, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout consulting engagements — helping clients shape feasible solution options, leading or supporting the design of custom, high-value solutions, and ensuring strong domain integrity aligned with the broader SimCorp One solution design. You will play a central role in supporting scalable, high-quality custom implementations and contribute to consistency and excellence across our Consulting organization.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Consulting, Product Management, and Value Streams to ensure our custom solutions remain both feasible and aligned to SimCorp standards. You will also help advance our practices, strengthen our knowledge base, and mentor the next generation of solutioning talent within SimCorp.

Why This Role Is Important to Us

As SimCorp embarks on the SimCorp One journey, the Consulting Solution Architect plays a critical role in enabling the Consulting organization to deliver high-quality, scalable custom solutions. Consulting Solution Architects ensure that custom client requirements are shaped and delivered with strong domain integrity, consistency, and alignment with SimCorp’s delivery methodologies (Compass) and the SimCorp One solution.

You will:

  • Influence key architectural decisions in strategic and complex consulting projects
  • Strengthen our consulting methodologies and enablement efforts
  • Contribute to the evolution of consulting solution best practices and patterns

Our new Consulting Solution Architects bring deep domain experience within the scope of the Data Management Sub-Service Line and the consulting skills needed to act as trusted advisors to internal and external clients.

This is a global position, with potential locations across SimCorp offices worldwide. International travel may be required based on client needs. The role reports to the Global Practice Lead.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Global Practice Ownership

  • Own the Global consulting practice within your domain. This includes ownership of the global consulting artifacts for your domain.
  • Contribute with structured feedback into standards evolution.
  • Shape and define our consulting practice within your domain.
  • Support the enablement of consultants to deliver custom client solutions with high quality, consistency, and aligned with the SimCorp One solution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
