About the Opportunity
AfterQuery partners with leading AI research organizations to improve how advanced AI systems understand business strategy, problem-solving, client engagements, and consulting methodologies. We are seeking experienced Consulting Experts to create realistic consulting scenarios, evaluate strategic recommendations, and contribute expert knowledge to the training of next-generation AI systems.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, business advisory, operations consulting, or related fields. You will help assess AI-generated analyses, identify strategic gaps, and ensure recommendations align with real-world consulting standards and client expectations.
The work is fully remote, flexible, and focused on authentic consulting challenges. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Author realistic consulting scenarios involving business strategy, market analysis, operational improvement, growth planning, and client decision-making.
- Create expert reference solutions that explain analytical approaches, business reasoning, and consulting frameworks.
- Develop or curate consulting deliverables such as research briefs, market analyses, strategy presentations, client recommendations, and analytical models.
- Evaluate AI-generated consulting outputs for accuracy, logic, completeness, and practical applicability.
- Assess strategic recommendations, business cases, operational plans, and market-entry approaches.
- Identify analytical flaws, unsupported assumptions, reasoning gaps, and implementation risks.
- Provide structured written feedback to improve AI-generated consulting reasoning.
- Contribute expertise across business strategy, operations, growth, organizational effectiveness, and client advisory engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of consulting methodologies, structured problem-solving, and client engagement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience conducting business research, analysis, and recommendation development.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Native-level English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, business advisory, operations consulting, or related disciplines.
- Exposure to multiple industries and functional business areas.
- Experience developing client presentations, executive summaries, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Experience contributing to thought leadership, research publications, or consulting technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, business analytics, and digital transformation projects.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and business innovation.
